For this project, my goal was to create a menu for a mock burger restaurant called "HANGRY." The idea behind the name expresses the immediate feelings of anyone that is hungry and angry!
To begin, I brainstormed a list of potential menu items and organized them into categories such as "signature burgers," "veggie burgers," and "sides." I also considered the pricing and profitability of each item and made sure to offer a range of options at different price points.
Once I had a solid list of menu items, I moved on to the design phase. I chose a fun, retro theme for the burger joint and used bold colors and playful graphics to bring the menu to life. The menu needed to showcase a variety of burgers, sides, and drinks that would appeal to a wide range of hangry customers.
With great feedback from classmates and my professor, I was able to view the menu from a different perspective. I also analyzed food menus from various platforms to better understand the scope of the project and create a realistic and appealing design.
Overall, the final menu was a hit with our clients and helped to establish HANGRY as a fun and innovative destination for burger lovers.
